This course will review the skills necessary to pass the Reading portion of the GED. Topics that will be covered include: Interpreting Prose Fiction, Interpreting Poetry, Interpreting Drama and Interpreting Prose Nonfiction.
In this course students will:
- Take the Reading Pretest to see what topics they will need to work on.
- Correctly answer questions related to interpreting prose fiction.
- Correctly answer questions related to interpreting poetry.
- Correctly answer questions related to interpreting drama.
- Correctly answer questions related to interpeting prose nonfiction.
- Identify ways they can practice and prepare for the GED Reading Exam.
Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with browsing the internet, uploading files and using their operating system.
Requirements
No special software or equipment is required for this course.
