Learn to track the progress of a project and troubleshoot problems with schedules and resource usage. Customize the Project environment and publish the project information using various reports, charts and web page options. Learn to pool resources within a project and to link multiple projects together.
In this online class ourse students will use Microsoft Project to:
- create a new project.
- define tasks and resources for their project.
- print their projects and track the progress of their tasks.
- fine-tune their task, resourc and assignment details as well as their overall project plan.
- sort, group and filter the views of their project.
- print their project details, create a web page for their project plan and export their data to other applications.
- track progress on tasks, assignments and overall project status.
- format the view of their data and customize their project options.
- create and manage resource pools.
- apply what they have learned in this course to a final project.
Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with browsing the internet, uploading files and using their operating system.
Requirements
