Thriving on Change Online

Explore your personal and professional reactions to change as you identify ways to positively manage transition in this instructor-led online class.

In today's business environment, change is the only constant. After reviewing the psychology of change, your instructor will guide you through a self-discovery and planning process. Next, you'll begin developing a personalized resilience plan to help you prepare for and handle a wide range of transitions. Strategies for managing reactions at all stages of the change cycle are also offered.

In this course students will:

  • Be able to use change models, questionnaires and new concepts to get a better handle on change.
  • Be able to apply the positive and negative change cycles to your change experiences as you identify the best coping strategies for you.
  • Be able to explain resilience and develop your own resilience plan.
  • Construct a change management plan to help you manage yourself during times of change.
