In today's business environment, change is the only constant. After reviewing the psychology of change, your instructor will guide you through a self-discovery and planning process. Next, you'll begin developing a personalized resilience plan to help you prepare for and handle a wide range of transitions. Strategies for managing reactions at all stages of the change cycle are also offered.
In this course students will:
Be able to use change models, questionnaires and new concepts to get a better handle on change.
Be able to apply the positive and negative change cycles to your change experiences as you identify the best coping strategies for you.
Be able to explain resilience and develop your own resilience plan.
Construct a change management plan to help you manage yourself during times of change.
